Lycos Tripod Blocked Website for Ralph Leo Boyce Jr.

Home | Page Title

This website is: https://bsltaocnke.tripod.com/lycostripodblockedsiteforralphleoboycejr

Since Ybrant Digital of India purchased Lycos Tripod in August 2010 dozens of Tripod websites exposing pedophiles in Thailand   -  and other countries to which Thai women and children are trafficked  -  have been blocked.

In July or August 2010, Lycos Tripod blocked the website, Diplomats in Pedophile Scandal (https://bsltaocnke.tripod.com/).

The website, posted in 2003, had never been blocked before.

Initially, Lycos Tripod claimed that the Boeing Company objected to the site.

When pressed for details, Lycos Tripod revealed that Ralph Leo Boyce Jr. objected to the website.

When pressed further, Lycos Tripod revealed that three other persons   -   Christopher Richard, Thomas Patrick Furey and Paul O. Mayer   -   also objected to the website. All four worked at the American Embassy in Bangkok at the same time in the mid-1990s.

Dear Sir:

Access to my website, Diplomats in Pedophile Scandal (
https://bsltaocnke.tripod.com/), which I posted more than six years ago and have updated frequently since then, has been blocked.

I must stress that this website is posted to help law enforcement agencies in the search for a missing child that was kidnapped, trafficked and procured to an international pedophile and prostitution ring through the complicity of American State and Justice Department officials.

The removal of the site definitely hinders the search for the child. At this very moment, police services in several countries require information that is posted on this website. The website identifies known pedophiles and procurers and provides basic evidence. Additional evidence, with official documentation, is provided privately upon request.

I would like to know precisely why the website has been blocked.

Who requested it blocked?

Why wasn't I consulted beforehand?

Obstructing access to the website only benefits pedophiles and procurers and their accomplices.

It is likely that the pedophile ring compromised Lycos, otherwise access to the site would not have been locked. There can be no other reason.

The following notice appears when I try to sign in:

"Sorry, this account has been locked for suspected abuse. Please contact customer support at 866-971-5039 (US/Canada) / 1-902-367-3826, 7 days a week, 8AM - 8PM ET or file a support ticket at

I have called both telephone numbers. They do not function.

The following notice appears when one tries to go to view the website:

"Tripod - Terms of Service Violation

Kindly restore the website.

Dear Sir:

I thank you for your reply.

I have reviewed the terms of agreement with legal counsel.

Neither of us find any violation of the terms of service, especially when compared with other websites of similar nature hosted by Tripod.

Deleting a website without pointing out the terms that were violated is unethical and unfair to users.

Kindly state precisely where and how the website violated the terms of service, That is a fair request.

Without specific indication from you I can only assume that Tripod was corrupted by a person or persons   -   a pedophile or one in complicity with pedophiles   -   who was exposed by the website.

This is an important matter, similar to the Lindgergh baby murder, and anyone suspected to be in complicity with the pedophiles will be subject to investigation by law enforcement and judical authorities.

Kindly reply to me within the next day or so.
Sincerely yours,
Lawrence Blackstone

Dear Sir:

Thank you for your reply.

Please be more specific, however.

Which "company" are you referring to?

What remarks on my website about this "company" are considered defamatory? Who consideres them defamatory? Lycos or the "company" itself?

Do you mean to say that some "company" complained to Lycos that my website contained remarks about it that are defamatory?

Did it not matter to you that the remarks on my website are accurate and well-warranted?

Most remarks on my website are backed by solid irrefutable documentary evidence that will stand up in any court in the world.

It appears that you colluded with someone who was exposed by my website to prevent further exposure.

You must provide a more specific reply. Name the "company". Quote the remarks that are considered defamatory.

I look forward to your reply.

Sincerely,

Dear Sir:

Thank you for your reply.

I have a long personal association with the Boeing Company and I consider it in many ways my company. And, like many Americans, I feel
sentimental about the compnay. I can assure you that I have no intention of defaming the company

Would you be so kind as to let me know who at Boeing objected to the site?

i must insist that some of the comments about Ralph Boyce are fully warranted. Some of the questions about his employment at Boeing are appropriate. To remove them would compromise
the integrity of the site and let down its readers.

I have edited the section on the website about Boeing as follows below. I believe the editing is reasonable and does no injury to the company.

Why did the Boeing Co. choose Boyce to head its regional operations?

Click here for the news, 021208:
http://www.boeing.com/news/releases/2008/q1/080212a_nr.html

------------------

A message from xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, July 23, 2008:

How did Boyce get to Boeing? What is he doing there?

---------------------

A comment by Juan Tomas, Bangkok, February 13, 2008:

Indeed, why did the Boeing Company hire Ralph L. Boyce Jr. to head its regional operations, based in Singapore? Boyce is not a space or aviation expert. And he made himself unpopular in Thailand while he was ambassador.

--------------------------

A message from Thomas Antonius, Singapore, August 16, 2008

The World Health Organization (WHO) recently praised Thailand for its efforts to curb drinking and smoking, especially among youths, through its imposition of government bans on advertising of alcohol and tobacco products.

However, Thailand is simply falling in line behind many other countries, especially in Europe, in banning advertising of alcohol
and tobacco products.

Ralph Boyce must rate as the one of worst American ambassadors to Thailand in the history of American and Thai diplomatic relations.

Naturally, one must question why Boeing would hire Boyce as its representative in Singapore.

----------------------

A comment by David Woolding, Newark, N. J., February 20, 2008:

What is Ralph Boyce doing in the position of president of the Boeing Company's regional operations division in Singapore?

Relax! It's just a public relations post.

And he won't be winning any hearts and minds.

---------------------

If you have no objection to the above I shall edit the site accordingly. If, hiowever, you still object to any reference to Boeing, please let me know.

Best regards,

Sincerely yours,

Lawrence Blackstone

Dear Sir:

With regards to the attachment that you included in your last reply, I must point out that the Boeing Company cannot defend Ralph Leo ("Skip") Boyce Jr. and the others you indicated Christopher Richard, Thomas Patrick Furey and Paul O. Mayer against charges of conspiring with pedophile rings and the trafficking in women and children.

There is far too much self-incriminating evidence, provided by Boyce, Richard, Furey and Mayor, including signed documents, and eye-witness reports, of their complicity in international pedophile rings and the trafficking in women and children.

The consequences for Boeing, or for any company that tries to defend pedophiles and traffickers in women and children, could be disastrous. No company public relations director could advise it.

Obviously, someone is trying to use Boeing for his own ends. Someone is trying to draw the company into a scandal.

There is irrefutable evidence that Boyce and others at the American Embassy in Bangkok conspired with pedophile and prostitution rings and with illicit labor rackets and that the Sicilian-American mafia, the Chinese Triads and the Japanese Yakuza were involved. The State Department has all of this evidence. So does the Justice Department. In fact, the same divisions of government and many police departments worldwide have the same evidence. It is a pity no one has acted on it.

Furthermore, some of the victims of the trafficking rings are missing. I can provide you several cases. You would realize, I hope, that you cannot ask that Boyce, Richard, Furey and Mayer go unexposed.

To deny that Boyce and the others you indicated were involved in the traffic in women and children    -   or to withdraw complaints against them for their complicity in the traffic in women and children   -   would be to seal the fate of those children missing and permanently injured by their criminal behavior.

Besides, at least one of the persons you indicated, Furey, is implicated in a conspiracy to aid and abet terrorists through his position at an American consulate. Failure to expose Furey would only encourage him and others into further similar behavior.

You must remind the person or persons who asked you to block the site of the above facts. And you must warn them not to use the Boeing Company to further their ends.

My best wishes,

Sincerely yours,

Lawrence Blackstone

Dear Sir:

I am sending my last message again because the text appears somewhat garbled.

I have gone over your replies. It appears that the Boeing Co. has nothing to do with this matter. The only possible connection with Boeing appears to be one of its current employees, Ralph Leo Boyce Junior. The three other persons you indicated are, like Boyce, current or former U. S. State Department employees. They might be on the CIA payroll. Many people believe that they are or were. As far as I know, they are not employed by Boeing.

The attachment you sent me could lead one to believe that these four persons acted together in trying to prevent further exposure of their behavior in Thailand and that they invoked the name of the Boeing Company to persuade you to do their bidding. One cannot be sure at this point that the four actually acted together, however.

It is extremely doubtful that anyone at Boeing authorized use of its name in submitting a request to you to block a website that exposed one of its current employees for behavior committed earlier while employed by the State Department.

Dear Sir:

I would like to know the name of the person who asked you to block my website. I believe I have a right to know. It could have some bearing on my security and that of the victims of the traffickers in women and children with whom Boyce was in complicity in Bangkok and also upon the security of witnesses in a number of cases.

I find it hard to believe that someone at Boeing asked you to block the site. I suspect it was Boyce himself and that he did so in the name of Boeing, as if he could do such a thing. I am concerned that you complied with his demand without considering the matter.

It is not to Boeing's advantage to employ Boyce. In S. E Asia,
Boyce has done everything to provoke the anger of the local people and the media. He is considered a pariah.

Boyce is not taken seriously by top officials at Boeing. Many resent him. He, or someone on his behalf, paid for his post at Boeing and someone at the State Department or CIA pulled strings and made a deal to get it for him.

Anyone at Boeing who would ask you to block a site that pointed out Boyce's bad character and criminal activities would probably be a State Department employee or a CIA operative planted in an office at Boeing with nothing to do.
I look forward to your reply.

I have a long personal association with the Boeing Company

and I consider it in many ways my company. And, like many

Americans, I feel sentimental about the compnay. I can assure

you that I have no intention of defaming the company.

Would you be so kind as to let me know who at Boeing objected

to the site?

i must insist that some of the comments about Ralph Boyce are

fully warranted. Some of the questions about his employment

at Boeing are appropriate. To remove them would compromise

the integrity of the site and let down its readers.

I have edited the section on the website about Boeing as

follows below. I believe the editing is reasonable and does

no injury to the company.

Why did the Boeing Co. choose Boyce to head its regional

operations?

Click here for the news, 021208:

http://www.boeing.com/news/releases/2008/q1/080212a_nr.html

------------------

A message from xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, July 23, 2008:

How did Boyce get to Boeing? What is he doing there?

---------------------

A comment by Juan Tomas, Bangkok , February 13, 2008:

Indeed, why did the Boeing Company hire Ralph L. Boyce Jr.

to head its regional operations, based in Singapore ? Boyce

is not a space or aviation expert. And he made himself unpopular

in Thailand while he was ambassador.

--------------------------

A message from Thomas Antonius, Singapore , August 16, 2008

The World Health Organization (WHO) recently praised Thailand

for its efforts to curb drinking and smoking, especially among

youths, through its imposition of government bans on

advertising of alcohol and tobacco products.

However, Thailand is simply falling in line behind many other

countries, especially in Europe , in banning advertising of

alcohol and tobacco products.

Ralph Boyce must rate as the one of worst American

ambassadors to Thailand in the history of American

and Thai diplomatic relations.

Naturally, one must question why Boeing would hire Boyce as

its representative in Singapore .

----------------------

A comment by David Woolding, Newark , N. J., February 20, 2008:

What is Ralph Boyce doing in the position of president of

the Boeing Company’s regional operations division

in Singapore ?

Relax! It's just a public relations post.

And he won’t be winning any hearts and minds.

---------------------

If you have no objection to the above I shall edit the site

accordingly. If, hiowever, you still object to any reference to

Boeing, please let me know.

Best regards,

Sincerely yours,

Lawrence Blackstone

Dear Sir:

With regards to the attachment that you included in your last reply, I must point out that the Boeing Company cannot defend Ralph Leo (“Skip”) Boyce Jr. and the others you indicated   -   Christopher Richard, Thomas Patrick Furey and Paul O. Mayer   -   against charges of conspiring with pedophile rings and the trafficking in women and children.

There is far too much self-incriminating evidence, provided by Boyce, Richard, Furey and Mayor,

including signed documents, and eye-witness reports, of their complicity in international pedophile rings and the trafficking in women and children.

In S. E Asia, Boyce has done everything to provoke the anger of the local people and the media.

Lawrence Blackstone

I would like to know the name of the person who asked you to block my website. I believe I have a right to know. It could have some bearing on my security and that of the victims of the traffickers in women and children with whom Boyce was in complicity in Bangkok and also upon

the security of witnesses in a number of cases.

In S. E Asia, Boyce has done everything to provoke the anger of the local people and the media.

Lawrence Blackstone
